HVAC Installer Wanted at AWP RÖR AB in Stockholm

AWP RÖR AB is looking for an experienced and proud HVAC installer who wants to be part of our close-knit team. We are a family-owned company with over 44 years of experience in the HVAC industry and a strong focus on quality, responsibility, and sustainability. About the Company

AWP RÖR AB is a medium-sized company with the feel of a smaller, family-oriented business. Managers, team leaders, installers, and administrators work together daily – often at the same job sites. Instead of working from fixed offices, we are close to our projects. This way, we create presence, clear communication, and a sense of belonging throughout the organization.

We primarily work with renovation projects where the main focus is on pipe replacements and tenant adaptations. In addition, we also perform service work and customized solutions in, among other things, heritage-listed buildings and properties with high demands on design and standards.

Job Responsibilities

As an HVAC installer with us, you will work on installations and replacements within pipe replacements and renovation projects. You will work both independently and together with colleagues in project teams, often in close contact with management. You are involved in the entire process and have a great opportunity to influence execution and quality.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• HVAC certification (VVSYN or equivalent)
• Several years of experience as an installer, preferably from renovation, pipe replacements, or similar projects
• The ability to work independently and in a team
• Good understanding of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Driver's license (required)

Meritorious:

• Experience in service work or team leadership
• Knowledge of KMA documentation or digital project tracking
• Experience from heritage or exclusive property projects

Personal Qualities

Location
